Gabriela Borgognone

Gabriela Borgognone worked for eight years as a lecturer and statistical consultant at the Statistics Department of Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina, before moving to Australia in 2003. In her role as Biometrician for the Victorian Department of Primary Industries she learned newer approaches for multi-environment trial (MET) data analyses, which she performed for the plant breeding programs based in Horsham. In 2005 she moved to Toowoomba and has since been working for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. Her main role is undertaking the MET analyses for the mungbean, chickpea and forage oat breeding programs.
